HOW this work:
ADB should be activated for reset FRP.
If ADB not activated - you must flash shoot + boot files from combination firmware.
Most of all files uploaded to support. After flashing this file, you will have activated ADB.


WHY we not did that automatic?
Because files for 5.11 6.0 different and may be problem with phone.

    How to check your balance:
        Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
        Enter your Username (login) and Password
        Press "Check balance" button
    To perform Factory Reset FRP" do the following:
        Go to "Remote Services" tab in the software
        Press "Factory Services (Reset FRP / Unlock)" button
        Select USB interface and connect powered on device to directly to PC
        Press "Factory Reset FRP/Reactivation" button and follow instructions in the software. If software cannot read necessary data from the phone via UART, please select USB interface, connect the phone via USB cable and repeat "Factory Unlock" operation
    To perform "Factory Unlock" do the following:
        Go to "Remote Service" tab in the software
        Press "Factory Services (Reset FRP / Unlock)" button
    How to submit your IMEI for unlock/check:
        Go to "Remote Service" tab in the Software
        Select required service type from drop down menu
        If you click on "Information" button, it would bring you a brief description of each service
        Type your IMEI number into IMEI field
        Press "Send request" button in the Software
        To check your request status click on "My Orders history"

    Added new Write Firmware method - Upgrade Mode (non-direct) for firmware in "*.kdz" format for the following Qualcomm-based devices: G4, Stylus 2, Stylus 2 Plus, K10.

    In this mode Software sends firmware image into the device and then device extracts and installs firmware from the image. Writing of firmware in Upgrade Mode for the new devices is faster than in standard mode.

    To write firmware in Upgrade Mode you need to select "*.kdz" firmware, check (enable) "Upgrade Mode" option and press "Write Firmware" button.
    Added read of EEPROM backup on new MTK-based devices during Direct Unlock and Repair IMEI operations
    Added checksum verification during writing of firmware in "*.kdz" format
    Improved speed of Read / Write operations for new Qualcomm / MTK CPUs
